Finding the right therapist for you really matters.
Do email or call me to arrange an informal, no-pressure chat, where you can ask any questions and we can see whether working together feels like a good fit.
My standard fee is £75 for a 50 minute session, either in Walthamstow, Paddington or online.
For in person sessions you will find me either in Paddington, W2:

Close to 10 min walk from Paddington station & Warwick Avenue Underground
Or, in Walthamstow, E17:
I’m conveniently located near Walthamstow Central and Walthamstow Queen’s Road stations, with fast links by Underground, Overground, rail, and bus.

How long we work together will depend on what you would like to explore in the therapy. We will discuss your goals and reasons for coming in our first session and can agree whether you would like short term, a set number of sessions or whether you would like to work in a more open-ended way.

We will meet on the same day and at the same time every week. Regularity and continuity are important factors in therapy.

I ask for 48 hour notice for cancellation. I understand life can be unpredictable and I will always do my best to reschedule, but if this is not possible then the full fee will apply
